These terms govern your use of Daily Fragrance Scout. By using the site or creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The service
Daily Fragrance Scout is a deal-discovery platform: we aggregate and display deals, coupons, and promotions from merchants and from community submissions, and we link out to merchant sites where purchases actually happen. We are not the seller of any product listed here, and the site is funded in part by affiliate commissions as described in our affiliate disclosure.
Acceptable use
You agree not to: scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract content from this site without our written permission; manipulate votes, reports, or other community signals, whether manually or with automation; submit fraudulent, misleading, or expired deals as current; or promote your own products or services without clearly disclosing your affiliation at submission time. We may remove content and restrict accounts that violate these rules.
Your submissions
You keep ownership of the content you submit. By submitting a deal, comment, or other content, you grant Daily Fragrance Scout a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and adapt that content in connection with operating and promoting the service. You are responsible for having the rights to what you submit. All submissions are moderated before publication and may be edited for accuracy or rejected.
Prices and availability
Prices, discounts, coupon codes, and availability shown on Daily Fragrance Scout are informational and reflect what we last observed at the time shown. Merchants change prices without notice. The price and terms presented at the merchant's checkout govern your purchase, and any dispute about a purchase is between you and the merchant.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Daily Fragrance Scout is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from purchases made on third-party merchant sites, inaccurate deal information, or interruption of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse other users, or attempt to defraud merchants or the community. Where practical we will tell you why. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — such as the submissions license and the limitation of liability — survive it.
Governing law
